Procedures
Complaints shall at a minimum, bear the legible signature of the person filing the complaint, must include that person’s address and telephone number, and set forth in reasonable detail, with supporting documentation, if appropriate, of the conduct alleged to have violated the Code of Ethics.
The sealed letter and support materials must be either mailed by certified mail, or delivered in person to the Town Clerk.
Upon receipt of the sealed complaint, the Town Clerk shall submit it to the Chair of the Board of Ethics.
