Hunting Season typically runs from September to May. Big Game starts October 1. Attached is a summary of the schedule of what may be hunted and when.
2024-25 Hunting Schedule The 2024-25 Official Guide to Laws & Regulations (NYS DEC) can be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office while supplies last. Hunting Licenses are also available at the Town Clerk’s office.

Services for Town of North East residents are provided by arrangement through the Village of Millerton recreation program. Facilities include use of the playground, picnic area, pavilion, basketball court, skate-park, and ball fields of Eddie Collins Field. Services also provided include the summer recreation program and day-camp.
