NOTICE TO BIDDERS
EXTENSION OF BID DUE DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board has extended the bid date to receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all materials and labor necessary for the construction of the New Highway Department Building for the Town of North East, New York located at 6097 Route 22, Millerton, New York. This Contract has been designated, as set forth in these contract documents, including drawings and specifications, prepared by CPL Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architect and Surveyor, D.P.C., located at 64 Green Street, Suite 1, Hudson, NY 12534.

All such sealed bids must be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of North East, 19 North Maple Ave., PO Box 516, Millerton, NY 12546 until 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2021 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read out loud.

Rebuilding Together Dutchess County (RTDC) is part of the nation’s leading nonprofit working to preserve affordable homeownership by providing no-cost home repairs and modifications to income-qualified homeowners in Dutchess County.

Our 2022 Rebuilding Day home repair application cycle runs from May 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. Applications received during this time will be considered for service in 2022. This program focuses on critical repairs necessary to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, including, but not limited to: major accessibility modifications; plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical system repairs; stair, roof, porch and other critical structural repairs.

By making some basic adjustments, or completing large-scale deferred maintenance repairs, RTDC can help homeowners stay within their homes for as long as they wish.  

Our 2022 Rebuilding Day program application is available here on our website. You can also access all of our program applications on our website at, www.rtdutchess.org, including our Handyman and Home Safety & Fire Prevention programs which both accept applications year-round.
