NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF JOINT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the North East Town Board hereby schedules a public hearing on the adoption of a Joint Comprehensive Plan for the Town of North East and the Village of Millerton at the Town of North East Town Hall, located at 19 N. Maple Avenue, Millerton, New York for November 14, 2019 at 7:25 p.m. A copy of the proposed Joint Comprehensive Plan shall be posted on the Town’s official website and shall be available for inspection at the North East Town Clerk’s office and the Millerton Public Library during regular hours. Any person desiring to be heard on said Comprehensive Plan shall be given an opportunity to do so at said public hearing. It is anticipated that the Town Board will make a final SEQRA determination with regard to the said Comprehensive Plan at this meeting.
